You don't pay a monthly per-seat fee for every employee who has access. Set up as many employees as you need, then use Training Credits only when someone actually trains.
One employee. One active month. One credit.
If one employee trains during the month — whether they log in once or 100 times — that's 1 Training Credit. If five employees train that month, that's 5 credits. Employees who don't train don't use a credit.
Example: 15 employees set up. 3 train this month → 3 credits used. Those three can practice as often as they want all month. The other 12 stay ready but consume nothing.

What is a Training Credit?
One Training Credit gives one employee unlimited training access during one active month. Whether that employee logs in once or 100 times during that month, only one credit is used.
Do I have to pay for every employee I set up?
No. You can set up as many employees as you need. A Training Credit is only used when an employee actively trains during that month. If 15 employees are set up but only 4 train this month, you use 4 Training Credits.
Is there a monthly per-seat fee?
No. You aren't charged a recurring monthly fee simply because an employee has a seat in your training environment.
How long do my Training Credits last?
Training Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Is there a minimum purchase?
Yes. Training Credits are purchased in minimum packages. Minimum package: {{ MIN_CREDIT_PKG }}. Additional packages can be purchased as needed.
What happens when I need more credits?
Simply purchase another Training Credit package and continue training.
Can one employee train multiple times during the same month?
Yes. Once a Training Credit is activated for that employee for the month, they can log in and train as often as needed that month without consuming additional credits.
Do Customized Agency Training customers use Training Credits too?
Yes. The one-time Agency Training Build fee covers discovering, documenting and building your customized training system. Training Credits cover your employees' actual use of that environment after it's built.
What does the one-time Agency Training Build fee cover?
The guided discovery process, review of your existing materials, role and responsibility mapping, TRAIN-TO decisions, development of your Agency Playbook, creation of customized training and role-play scenarios, grading configuration and implementation of your customized training environment.
Can we use a sales or training methodology we already follow?
Yes. Customization is designed to build around the standards your agency has approved. Existing scripts, processes and training materials can be reviewed during discovery so the final Playbook and training reflect how you want your agency to operate, subject to appropriate rights to use third-party materials.
Do I have to customize the system?
